Florida is facing a crisis that is limiting patient healthcare access due to the rising cost of medical malpractice insurance. The Coalition to Ensure Patient Access was formed to help alleviate this crisis by educating and informing Floridians on the need to establish laws that ensure patients have access to quality and affordable healthcare.

The Coalition to Ensure Patient Access is a group of Florida physicians and other healthcare professionals, advocates, businesses and citizens concerned about how the rising cost of Healthcare Liability Insurance (HLI) premiums is limiting patient access to the healthcare they deserve.
